At Bulls Coffee Co., we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination. Once your order has been shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays

Bulls Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Bulls Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo proof of the issue

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
