Roasting & Shipping Schedule

At Bulls Coffee Co., every order is roasted fresh in small batches to ensure you receive the highest-quality, most flavorful coffee possible. We don’t let coffee sit on a shelf we roast specifically for your order.

Weekly Schedule

Order Cutoff: Monday at 11:59 PM
Roasting Day: Wednesday
Shipping Day: Thursday/Friday

How It Works

Orders placed before Monday at 11:59 PM are included in that week’s roast batch. Your coffee is roasted on Wednesday and shipped out on Thursday/Friday.

Orders placed after the Monday cutoff will roll into the following week’s roasting schedule and ship the next Thursday/Friday.

Why We Do It This Way

This schedule allows us to:

• Roast in small, intentional batches
• Guarantee maximum freshness
• Avoid coffee sitting on shelves or in warehouses
• Deliver a consistently high-quality product every time

Fresh roasting takes a little coordination, but we believe it’s worth it for better coffee in every bag.
